Delivered in conjunction with BMS Wellbeing CIC
Alongside our community wellbeing work, BMS Wellbeing CIC works in conjunction with Rewired for Men to support men who are struggling with stress, pressure, emotional shutdown, and the weight of everyday life.
A programme feedback and outcomes report will be published in April 2026, capturing participant feedback, engagement data, and key learning from the delivery of funded places.
Rewired for Men is a one to one wellbeing programme designed specifically for men aged 30 and over who are experiencing stress, emotional overload, burnout, or disconnection in their personal and working lives.
Since April 2025, 25 men have already completed the programme through fully funded places, accessing support that is practical, structured, and focused on lasting change.
Fully funded places available
We currently have three fully funded places available on the Rewired for Men programme.
These places are open to men living in Trafford and Manchester.

Testimonials
“When I first came here, I parked on the car park four times before I came in. I just could not physically get out my car. And then I was sat in the car one day and I saw Joel [group leader] and he said “are you for the mens’ club?” And I was like “Oh I’m not sure at the moment”, and he went “come on I’ll come in with you”. I came in with Joel, never looked back. This place has been my saviour, because if I didn’t have this on a Monday, I couldn’t structure my week.”
