Men's Peer Support Groups

We deliver the following weekly groups, in partnership with:

Our men’s peer support groups offer a calm, supportive space where men can talk openly without judgement. They help reduce isolation, break stigma, and remind men they are not the only one carrying it all in silence.

Monday (weekly, apart from Bank Holidays): 11am to 1pm:
