Wellbeing workshops:
Our wellbeing workshops aim to reduce the impact of health inequalities as well as empowering individuals to make better lifestyle choices leading to a better quality of life. We deliver a range of 8 workshops, around topics such as healthy eating, Sleep, physical exercise and 5 ways to wellbeing.

Smoking Cessation Workshops and Brief Interventions:
Our smoking cessation workshops support individuals to take positive steps towards a smokefree life. Sessions include brief intervention techniques, building motivation and practical tools to support lasting change.

Peer support groups for Men:
Our peer support groups provide a safe, supportive space, in reducing feelings of isolation, stigma and promote the importance of mental health awareness and support between men.

Digital Literacy Groups:
Our digital literacy groups help adults build confidence using technology for everyday life. Sessions are relaxed, practical, and supported, using Learn My Way as a simple step by step guide.

Rewired for Men:
Rewired for Men supports men who are struggling with pressure around work, money and relationships. Through a structured programme of one to one sessions, men are supported to understand what is driving their stress, rebuild confidence and create lasting change from the inside out.
