What is the Reset-it program?​

Reset-it is a transformative approach to change, where you can reset your stories, permanently, without the need to talk about them, within two 90-minute sessions, learning an evidence based tool for life. It’s not a cure, but a vital tool that I teach you that can become part of daily life. Side effects, include a sense of tiredness & the need to drink water.

Why do you only deliver the reset-it program?

From personal experience of being a therapist and client, when people talk about their stories, they become emotionally triggered by it that can lead them to become overwhelmed (verbal puking). This can then lead to the therapist struggling to manage the space as they then become triggered and maybe become overwhelmed. There may also be side effects/ emotional overwhelm occurring between sessions. After many months of therapist this continues and can lead to co-dependency, etc. Also, how much time and money do you need to invest in therapy?​

Why do you aim the reset-it program towards men?

For my own personal experience and that of working within the health & wellbeing field for over 10 years, i feel that there are very few serives that provide support for mens mental health & wellbeing. Also research into health & wellbeing has shown:

How does it work?

The program resets your stories in your mind, that are based around programs and conditions, using an evidence-based technique.

We pick up stories (programs and condtions) from interacting with others and the world. When our stories are played in our mind, our body reacts to them such as: shortness of breath, increase in heart rate, etc. This is your bodies way of telling, you to stop playing the unhelpful/unhealthy stories in the mind.The reset program resets these stories leading you into a more state of presence (natural state),

How are the sessions structured?

The general structure of the two 90 minutes sessions are:​

​The first session Introduction & learning of Reset-it process: Program & conditioned state VS State of presence Resetting the senses Reseting the Family unit Reflection & Discussion Sharing experiences & insights from the session Q&A to encourage deeper understanding

The second session (To take place one week after your initial session). Resetting Client stories - including money, work & realtionships Restting of concepts to do with Self - gender, sexuality, identity, purpose, direction Reseting of stories relating to health & wellbeing Reflection and Discussion Sharing experiences & insights from the session Q&A to encourage deeper understanding Explanation of further support if needed Joel White
