BMS Wellbeing CIC, is focused on positively influencing, inspiring & empowering individuals towards a greater sense of health & wellbeing.
We are in the process of applying for funding to run our wellbeing workshops for free to individuals who have a low income who are resident within the Trafford area of Greater Manchester.
The general aim of all the Wellbeing workshops are to improve your knowledge and understanding in helping you (& others around you) to make positive changes to your health & wellbeing.
