BMS Wellbeing CIC, is focused on positively influencing, inspiring & empowering individuals towards a greater sense of health & wellbeing.
We have secured funding to run our wellbeing workshops for free to individuals who have a low income who are resident within the Trafford area of Greater Manchester. We are looking at rolling these workshops out in November 2023.
The general aim of all the Wellbeing workshops are to improve your knowledge and understanding in helping you (& others around you) to make positive changes to your health & wellbeing.
Wellbeing workshops include:
5 Ways to Wellbeing: Learn how to improve your mood through making small changes
Assertive: Develop simple tools & techniques to be more assertive
Emotional Resilience: Gain a greater understanding of how to manage stress in your life
Sleep: Be able to put into practice various ways to improve your sleep
